The purpose of this association is to promote beekeeping among fellow beekeepers, agriculture and the general public. In particular, assisting members with their questions about apiary management while providing educational opportunities through regular meetings and classes.

 

We meet at 6:00 PM, the first Thursday of every month in the Beard Building located at 1441 Federal Drive in Montgomery.    Click here for a map to the meeting place.   Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Please note that or meeting place has changed starting with the September 2010 meeting.    We are happy to announce that we have outgrown facilities at Heritage Baptist Church.    A special thanks to the Heritage Baptist Church for allowing us to meet there facilities which resulted in or expansion to a bigger location.  

The Central Alabama Beekeepers Association (CABA) is hosting a Beginning Beekeeping 101 class.    Starting Sept 7 through Oct 26 from 6 to 8 PM in the Beard Building.
