SWARM COLLECTION LIST

ATTENTION NON BEEKEEPERS

If you look out your window and see a huge cloud of honeybees settling on a limb or other structure near your home or find a "cluster" of bees hanging from a tree or other structure on your property and would like to have them removed, the Lee County area Beekeepers would like to remove them for you.     For further information please contact either of the following beekeepers.

We meet the meets the first Tuesday of every even numbered month (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug. Oct, Dec) 6:00 PM at the Lee County Extension Office which is located at 600 S. 7th St. in Opelika, AL.(Click here for a map).   

If you have an interest in beekeeping you are cordially invited to attend the next meeting and all future meetings.  

 

The purpose of this association will be to promote beekeeping among fellow beekeepers, agriculture and the general public.   In particular, assisting members with their questions about apiary management while providing educational opportunities through regular meetings and classes.
